I led the project from ideation to live ops, overseeing game design, economy balancing, and monetization. I conducted market research, defined the roadmap, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development. Using Game Analytics, Firebase, and Bytebrew, I optimized engagement and retention, while Adjust helped track user acquisition. Post-launch, I managed live ops, in-game events, and economy tuning with Balancy, driving growth and profitability through data-driven decisions.

Nice Cream Idle was a self-published game, where we took full control over the development, marketing, and distribution processes. In our first attempt, we achieved a modest success by focusing on organic growth, leveraging user feedback, and optimizing key features such as monetization and in-game event
