I was responsible for defining the product vision and ensuring the seamless development of an AI-powered sales bot that automates customer inquiries. I oversaw the integration of web scraping, data structuring, and AI-driven conversational flows, ensuring efficient collaboration between Python, Airtable, and Voiceflow. By designing intelligent dialogue flows and optimizing data retrieval, I enhanced the bot’s ability to deliver accurate and context-aware responses. Additionally, I worked closely with developers, data engineers, and designers to refine the system based on performance analysis and user feedback. This role allowed me to drive an AI automation initiative, balancing technical execution with strategic decision-making to improve customer engagement and streamline sales processes.
